Below you'll find information about my newborn photo sessions, designed with you and your baby's comfort in mind! Each session includes high-resolution digital images, which YOU get to choose from a proofing gallery. This way, you only select the ones you love – because who knows better than you?
I understand that you're probably juggling a lot as new parents, so I want to make this process as easy as possible. You won't need to return to the studio just to view or order your photos. Instead, I'll send you a link to your proofing gallery, allowing you to make your selections from the comfort of your home. No stress, no extra trips!
My current prices reflect my "Recession Session" rates, as a small gesture to help you navigate these times. Additional images can be purchased for $30 each after you've reviewed your proofing gallery. I'm here to support you and capture those precious moments without adding to your worries. I look forward to working with you and your little one!
Newborn sessions take place at my private home studio, located 15 minutes south of Calgary, in Okotoks, AB. I provide everything you’ll need for your session (yes, all the cute headbands, hats, wraps, buckets, and other adorable props!)
Sessions take place Monday - Thursdays starting at 10am.

FAQ
Why are your prices so much lower than other photographers?
The biggest reason is that my studio is located in my home. I don't have any overhead costs as those who have to worry about rent and utilities, therefore I'm able to bring my prices down. I also just moved to the area from Texas and am building up my client base and to do that, I like to support my community by offering affordable sessions.
What are classic & wrapped poses?
Classic pose are the naked, curled up poses of baby usually on a blanket, without the use of props (beds, buckets, etc). Wrapped poses are where you baby is fully swaddled and placed in little beds, baskets, blankets and other props.
How many pictures will I have to choose from in the proofing gallery?
The proofing gallery for the Signature & Petite sessions will have approximately 20-40 for you to choose from. The proofing gallery will only have minor edits applied to the images. A fully edited gallery will be sent once you have chosen your final images. Your final images will be available to download, print, share and order albums & wall art!
Can I purchase more pictures than what are included with the session?
Absolutely! If you love more than what's included with the session, you are more than welcome to purchase additional images! Additional images are $30/image (discounts are available for full gallery purchases)!
Does the Petite or Signature Session include family pictures?
Because these are shorter sessions, they include baby only. The Heirloom session includes all the bells and whistles with family, baby and sibling poses!

How long have you been a newborn photographer?
I've been a photographer for over 15 years, but have specialized in Newborn Photography for the last 10 years. Newborns are my passion and I absolutely love creating these special memories for families. Over the years I've photographed over 500 babies and have really honed my skills to make sure your baby is safe and comfortable during their session. I've invested heavily in learning the proper ways to handle and pose your most precious little human and believe that experience over price should always be considered when choosing a newborn photographer.
A little bonus!
Your newborn maybe little, but they have huge personalities! At the end of every newborn session I take my favorite pictures - baby mugshots. They are simple, black & white photos where I capture all their funny little faces! They go from happy, to sad, to full cry mode and back to happy again, all the while I'm capturing every expression. These are completely optional, but are always a fan favorite!

Her studio is set up and decorated so nicely. Love how she sends a questionnaire to get a feel of what kind of photo shoot you want. The props and swaddles she uses are all so cute!
She's also super kind and sweet! Terrific with our 2 1/2 week old.
